Support

Need help? Here are answers to common questions.

Where are my recordings saved?

Recordings are saved to your Photo Library. Open the Photos app to find them. Each recording produces two videos:

  • TriShot_..._Front.mov - your front camera video
  • TriShot_..._Back.mov - your back camera video

The app says my device is overheating

Dual-camera recording is intensive. If you see a thermal warning:

  1. Stop recording and let your device cool down
  2. Remove any phone case to help with heat dissipation
  3. Try lowering resolution or frame rate in Settings
  4. Avoid recording in direct sunlight

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've purchased TriShot Pro but don't see the gold camera button or the Pro badge:

  1. Open TriShot and go to Settings
  2. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase

Once restored, you'll see the Pro badge and the camera button will turn gold. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device.

Camera or microphone permissions

TriShot needs camera and microphone access to record. If you accidentally denied permission:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Scroll down and tap TriShot
  3. Enable Camera and Microphone
